Question 1

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

You get full access for the trial period with nothing charged. PayPal saves your payment method when you start, and the first charge lands the day the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you are never billed. After that a 30-day money-back guarantee applies, issued automatically on cancellation.

Question 2

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your registry, documents and accounting exports stay downloadable. Cancelling stops the recurring charge immediately and turns off the AI and delegation features, but does not delete your business data.

Question 3

Can it spend my money without asking?

Accepted Answer

Only from a dedicated operational wallet you fund yourself, and only below a spend ceiling you set. Anything above it, anything irreversible, and anything on a business's restricted-actions list becomes a pending confirmation instead of an action.

Question 4

Do I need to be technical?

Accepted Answer

To run it, no. Businesses connect through guided OAuth and every page has an interactive walkthrough. Connecting a fully custom in-house platform requires exposing two HTTP endpoints.
